Senior Manager, Quantum Security GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create and provide comprehensive, technical sales training focused on the Quantum Security solution and PQC offerings.

• Identify and target high-potential accounts in collaboration with sales teams.

• Explore, present, and provide solutions for Quantum Security and PQC offerings.

• Lead technical proof-of-value initiatives to showcase the effectiveness of the Quantum Security solution.

• Assist sales teams during negotiations and aid in closing deals on a quarterly basis.

• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams to enhance Quantum Security strategies and sales initiatives.

• Ensure consistent pipeline growth and accurate forecasting through disciplined measurement and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or a related field.

• Preference for at least 3 years in leading management consulting, private equity, top-tier tech strategy, “bizops” roles, or GTM programs.

• Experience in the cybersecurity sector, particularly in Network Security, is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to influence sales teams and oversee cross-functional projects.

• Proven track record in developing and executing GTM strategies for high-priority products, including market research and customer engagement.

• Preferred experience in collaborating with sales teams to create Bills of Materials (BOM) and assist in negotiation processes.

• Ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Capability to conduct extensive training for large groups regarding new product features and GTM strategies.

• Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Apps for Work.
