This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Act as a strategic ally to the Executive Director and HRBP, providing support to the global Engineering team.
• Propel the execution of Engineering transformation initiatives in collaboration with HR, Engineering leadership, and relevant partners.
• Oversee intricate cross-functional projects that focus on workforce strategy, organizational efficiency, and operational enhancements.
• Organize strategic planning sessions, operational reviews, and updates for leadership.
• Develop communications, presentations, and briefs that are suitable for executives.
• Examine organizational, talent, and project data to uncover trends, risks, and strategic insights.
• Work together with Centers of Excellence to ensure HR initiatives align with Engineering objectives.
• Foster continuous improvement in team operations, stakeholder engagement, and project execution methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related area with at least 7 years of experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in project management, HR strategy, business operations, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Proven experience in supporting complex or technical organizations.
• Background in change management and leading cross-functional stakeholders.
• Preferred Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• Preferred certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, Prosci Change Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in large global organizations is preferred, especially within RTX or the aerospace/defense sectors.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret workforce and organizational data and produce insights.
• Knowledge of organizational transformation, engineering processes, and technology-driven organizational change.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for company immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
