This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Act as a strategic collaborator to the Executive Director and HR Business Partner, supporting the global Engineering division.
• Propel the implementation of Engineering transformation initiatives in collaboration with HR, Engineering leadership, and essential functional partners.
• Oversee intricate cross-functional projects focused on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and enhancements in operations.
• Organize strategic planning sessions, operating reviews, and updates for leadership.
• Develop communications, presentations, and briefs that are ready for executive review.
• Evaluate organizational, talent, and project data to uncover trends, risks, and insights.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with the strategic goals of Engineering.
• Foster continuous improvement in team operations, stakeholder engagement, and project execution processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in project management, HR strategy, business operations, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Proven experience in supporting complex or technical organizations.
• Background in change management and leadership of cross-functional stakeholders.
• Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, Agile/Scrum, Prosci Change Management, or equivalent.
• Experience within large global organizations, ideally in RTX or aerospace/defense sectors, is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and a knack for interpreting workforce and organizational data.
• Knowledge of organizational transformation, engineering processes, and technology-driven organizational change is essential.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship, both now and in the future.
