Senior Manager – Program & Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee program management efforts to ensure initiatives are executed timely, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives.

• Set up governance structures, executive reporting mechanisms, and financial oversight to monitor program performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle dependencies, alleviate risks, and facilitate delivery across various initiatives.

• Promote process standardization, automation, and ongoing improvement efforts.

• Maintain and manage comprehensive program and project plans.

• Lead PMO governance, reporting, and delivery standards.

• Assist with team operations and leadership meeting schedules.

• Oversee project and team financials, including budget management and forecasting.

• Ensure cohesive alignment among Salesforce, GenAI, and regional harmonization initiatives.

• Convert strategy into actionable plans with measurable results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in PMO, program management, or business operations within a dynamic, global organization.

• In-depth knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting practices.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities across various regions.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

• Strong passion for process improvement, operational excellence, and achieving measurable business results.

• Comfortable operating in Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.

• Familiarity with project management and reporting tools.
