Senior Manager, Professional Services Sales

📋 Description

• Customer Engagement: gain a thorough understanding of the Egnyte selling strategy. Identify effective practices and areas needing improvement within Professional Services Sales, and spearhead initiatives for process enhancement. This will encompass the development of essential metrics, sales coaching, live mentoring, SOP enhancements, and more.

• Team Management: take the lead in guiding the current Professional Services Sellers in a player-coach role. This includes all managerial duties and full accountability for the essential metrics and overall success of the team.

• Metric Management: similar to all Professional Services Sales organizations, it is crucial for the leader to balance core SaaS revenue achievement with PS Sales Bookings. This position demands experience in navigating this balance and making well-informed decisions. You will be responsible for PS Bookings, attach rates, discounting rates, and collaborating with your Delivery peers on PS revenue, quality rates, and additional factors.

• Sales Engagement: cultivate strong working relationships with Egnyte sellers and sales leadership. Assist them in achieving faster conversion times and rates, while ensuring high-quality Professional Services engagements. Your sales colleagues will become your most vital partners.

• Strategy Guidance & Feedback: act as the "voice of the field/customer," serving as the primary link between our sellers and the needs of customers in Professional Services. You will collaborate closely with the PS Delivery leaders to implement necessary improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Customer-Facing, Persuasive, Self-Motivated Communicator

• Over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS Professional Services roles

• At least 3 years in customer-facing sales roles

• Demonstrated experience in executive presentations and high-pressure sales environments

• Strong technical expertise (cloud, data migration, authentication infosec, etc.)

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• A collaborative team player capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines, thriving in a fast-paced work environment

• Familiarity with modern product integration and cloud-native B2B SaaS applications
