Senior Manager, Product Planning

📋 Description

• Oversee the integration and management of Hotel APIs to guarantee proper content structure, normalization, and distribution, including participation in API modernization initiatives.

• Discover and implement new features or improvements driven by customer insights, market trends, and business priorities.

• Evaluate current hotel workflows, systems, and processes to pinpoint opportunities for enhanced efficiency and optimization.

• Ensure that your designated products are supported by robust business plans, which encompass product profitability analysis, sales performance, and pricing strategies.

• Create and deliver a detailed business case for potential product investments, featuring cost-benefit analysis, ROI forecasts, and strategic alignment.

• Cultivate relationships with our vendors and suppliers; actively listen to their feedback and collaborate on effective partnership strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with the hotel industry, including major players, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.

• Comprehensive understanding of APIs and hotel booking systems, particularly Sabre and Amadeus GDS, along with their integration into booking platforms.

• Background in business travel and/or travel management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. You'll engage with a diverse array of partners and must feel comfortable interacting with professionals from various backgrounds.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and collaborative software for projects involving remote teams and stakeholders.

• Strong data analytical skills.
