Senior Manager, Product Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and consistently enhance the FCM operating model encompassing trade flow management, position oversight, margin surveillance, internal reporting, regulatory compliance support, and business analytics.

• Spearhead scalable operational solutions involving personnel, processes, and tools to minimize manual tasks, elevate control quality, and bolster operational resilience.

• Assess environmental stability and process reliability through data and operational insights; ensure transparency, prioritize improvements, and lead execution within a regulated framework.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, and external stakeholders to define requirements and roadmap priorities.

• Propel initiatives regarding launch readiness, process reengineering, automation, control infrastructure, vendor tools, and the resolution of operational challenges.

• Outline future-state workflows and ownership models for new products, features, and business growth opportunities.

• Establish and enhance documentation, policies, procedures, governance standards, and decision-making frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound knowledge of listed derivatives, futures operations, and workflows related to broker-dealers or FCMs.

• Extensive experience in operations, product operations, business operations, or program leadership within regulated financial services.

• Strong practical technical expertise in trade processing systems, record-keeping, and associated infrastructure.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation efforts in the listed derivatives sector.

• Capability to work independently at a senior individual contributor level, demonstrating strategic insight and practical execution.

• History of leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and delivering sustainable process or tool enhancements.

• Experience in collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to develop scalable operational solutions.

• Exceptional analytical, prioritization, communication, and systems-thinking abilities.

• Responsible application of generative AI with robust human oversight.
