Senior Manager, Product Marketing – Fintech

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and nurture a team of Product Marketers and Lifecycle Marketers aimed at propelling Jobber's Fintech sector forward.

• Facilitate professional growth through effective coaching and constructive feedback.

• Advocate for commercial excellence and establish a consistent performance rhythm for the portfolio.

• Create and manage the comprehensive Fintech Marketing strategy along with its associated roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing.

• In-depth knowledge of financial services and payment business models within a rapidly growing SaaS environment.

• Exceptional skills in positioning and messaging.

• Demonstrated capacity to lead, inspire, influence, and navigate through complex organizational landscapes.

• Highly analytical with a strong preference for taking action rather than succumbing to analysis paralysis.
