• Extensive data proficiency — skilled in extracting event streams, segmenting cohorts, creating visual data representations, narrating insights, and taking actionable steps.
• High experiment velocity — consistently executed numerous A/B tests each month rather than on a quarterly basis.
• Hypothesis-driven approach — frame each initiative as ‘We believe [X] because [Y], and we’ll validate by measuring [Z].’
• Cross-functional influencer — effectively collaborated with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams without relying on positional authority.
• People management — responsible for hiring and overseeing the PLG Lead. This role includes people management duties.
• Proficient with AI — actively utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Excellent communicator — able to present credible, succinct, data-driven narratives to senior leadership confidently.
