β’ Demonstrated success in Product-Led Growth (PLG) β you have managed a self-serve funnel in B2B SaaS and significantly improved conversion metrics.
β’ Extensive data proficiency β skilled in extracting event streams, segmenting cohorts, creating visual data representations, narrating insights, and taking actionable steps.
β’ High experiment velocity β consistently executed numerous A/B tests each month rather than on a quarterly basis.
β’ Hypothesis-driven approach β frame each initiative as βWe believe [X] because [Y], and weβll validate by measuring [Z].β
β’ Cross-functional influencer β effectively collaborated with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams without relying on positional authority.
β’ People management β responsible for hiring and overseeing the PLG Lead. This role includes people management duties.
β’ Proficient with AI β actively utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
β’ Excellent communicator β able to present credible, succinct, data-driven narratives to senior leadership confidently.
