This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Provides strategic and technical product assistance throughout the sales process to drive revenue, customer growth, membership, and profit increases.
β’ Aligns the policies and procedures of the Product, Innovation & Delivery (PID) team with the overall objectives of the organization.
β’ Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination among sales, marketing, and customer support departments, contributing to the success of sales and product strategies.
β’ Collaborates with product owner(s) and other key stakeholders to support growth initiatives for priority products within the PID portfolio.
β’ Aids in identifying and supporting growth opportunities across targeted segments.
β’ Under the guidance of the product owner, assists with product launches, pilot programs, enhancements, and adoption initiatives through structured enablement efforts, ensuring that new and evolving offerings are operationally feasible, scalable, and ready for launch.
β’ Works with product owner(s), sales, and marketing to craft client-specific product narratives and value propositions.
β’ Identifies gaps, risks, and dependencies early on, enabling proactive solutions that safeguard growth timelines and product integrity.
β’ Develops and maintains product-specific enablement materials such as product playbooks, FAQs, pitch decks, and use case documentation.
β’ Collaborates with Analytics to spearhead the creation of case studies and the overall integration of metrics and quantifiable outcomes into materials that facilitate data-driven storytelling.
β’ Assists in the development of product-specific sales training for new products and features, coordinating with the sales enablement team to ensure timely delivery.
β’ Manages client-facing materials and updates; aids in translating product roadmaps into messaging and materials suitable for clients.
β’ Collects and synthesizes feedback from clients and field teams to inform product enhancements.
β’ Implements organizational policies, goals, and objectives based on best practices in the industry and in compliance with accreditation standards, when applicable.
β’ Aids in the creation of methodologies to assess market conditions and adapt business models to meet emerging market demands.
β’ Identifies opportunities for improving sales management processes and systems.
β’ Over 7 years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare, PBM, health plans, or pharmaceutical strategy.
β’ More than 3 years of experience in Product, Sales Enablement, Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Market Research, Strategy, or Operations.
β’ At least 3 years of experience working concurrently with multiple teams in a cross-functional environment.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% of the time to support client meetings, conferences, and other high-priority engagements.
