This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of the complete pricing and promotions testing roadmap — prioritize the backlog, design experiments, set stakeholder expectations, analyze results, and drive rollout decisions.
• Establish the promotional strategy, calendar, and prioritization; collaborate with your direct report on execution.
• Create new promotional structures and concepts based on performance data and competitive insights.
• Analyze competitor activities to inform our positioning and promotional calendar.
• Manage stakeholder communications regarding promotions and test expectations throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to understand how the promotional strategy affects business performance, making data-driven adjustments to meet goals.
• Work alongside the acquisition team to identify opportunities for personalizing promotions across channels to enhance media performance.
• Lead the implementation of AI-driven methods for personalized promotions, utilizing models to optimize conversion rates and improve promotional spend efficiency.
• Develop and maintain discount budgeting capabilities — track, model, and communicate promotional expenditures and ROI.
• Utilize financial modeling to recommend promotional adjustments and assess their impact on conversion and margins.
• Manage and mentor one direct report, enhancing their analytical skills, business acumen, and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Over 6 years of experience in growth, e-commerce, promotions, pricing, or a related analytical role — with a proven history of owning experimentation and using data to drive business decisions; backgrounds in growth product management, lifecycle marketing, or pricing strategy are highly relevant.
• Strong analytical skills — proficient in SQL and capable of independently designing, analyzing, and extracting insights from A/B tests without relying on a data team.
• Experience in promotional or marketing performance analysis, including financial modeling and conversion assessment.
• Proven ability to manage and develop talent effectively.
• Clear and structured communicator who can translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations.
