This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Act as the main finance business partner for the R&C leadership team, delivering financial insights regarding the new business pipeline, investments, capture, and operational efficiency.
• Manage planning activities to align financial resources with strategic goals.
• Provide recommendations on pipeline priorities, customer and product strategies, and opportunities for cost efficiency.
• Create and sustain financial models that assess market positioning, the health of the new business pipeline, investment effectiveness, labor efficiency, and utilization metrics.
• Drive process enhancements to improve data transparency, quality, and timeliness.
• Develop standardized reporting, dashboards, and business reviews for the R&C leadership team.
• Produce advanced data visualizations and presentation materials that transform complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate and influence matrixed teams, functional peers, and leadership.
• Offer ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as needed.
• Work together with RTX Global Government Relations on advocacy for federal and state/local public policies and the development of new technologies and solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 10 years of financial planning and analysis and/or business intelligence experience; or an Advanced Degree with 7 years of experience.
• Over 7 years of experience leading financial planning and analysis functions in a global matrixed organization.
• More than 7 years of experience in converting cross-functional data sets into actionable strategic and financial insights.
• Proven experience in preparing and presenting visualizations and presentations to senior and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead through periods of change.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are permitted to access information under this program/contract.
• Must be able to live and work in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
• Preferred experience in the aerospace and defense industry, including knowledge of DoD contracts, cost structures, and government compliance standards.
• At least 5 years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, and business intelligence tools including Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
• Experience in managing and developing a small team of analysts is preferred.
