This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, nurture, and sustain professional relationships with electrophysiologists, medical associations, and other significant influencers.
• Design and execute engagement initiatives such as advisory boards and voice-of-customer events.
• Offer strategic insights to leadership regarding emerging trends, clinical requirements, and market demands.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical affairs, medical affairs, regulatory, R&D, compliance, and other internal teams.
• Co-create action plans and objectives with local and regional leadership.
• Prepare for interactions between leadership and physicians.
• Monitor physician-related projects and ensure the execution of action points.
• Provide regular updates and maintain feedback loops with leadership and local teams.
• Capture and synthesize insights from KOLs/customers to inform business strategy.
• Identify opportunities to enhance partnerships and strengthen J&J’s Electrophysiology leadership across EMEA.
• Lead the selection of physicians and collaboration plans during external evaluations and product launches.
• Develop strategic plans that support Voice of the Customer events.
• Assist with BWI Advisory Board programs.
• Maintain physician engagement tracking software, including the Physician Engagement Dashboard and SF.com.
• Update engagements on a monthly and quarterly basis for accurate data reporting and communication.
• Aid in the planning and presence for EP conferences.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in MedTech, Cardiovascular, and Electrophysiology.
• Required experience in EP Clinical, Sales, Key Account Management, Clinical Science, or related commercial roles.
• Proven experience working closely with high-volume, efficient, and sophisticated EP accounts and prominent EPs/KOLs is essential.
• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Capability to communicate direction and establish performance and results expectations.
• Ability to set, convey, and enforce clear, measurable objectives.
• Understanding of organizational dynamics, business concepts, and business challenges.
• Strong project management experience, including gathering deliverable requirements and supporting business requests.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to operationalize insights.
• Ethical integrity and a focus on compliance.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
