• Spearhead the creation and presentation of yearly product strategies to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design a robust Workday ecosystem.
• Propose AI-driven initiatives and system enhancements.
• Coordinate with IT and Security to ensure compliance.
• Utilize product management methodologies to implement improvements.
• Oversee the selection and management of third-party SaaS providers.
• Build and lead a high-performing global team.
• Manage Workday ticketing and system configuration.
• Guarantee security, compliance, and smooth system upgrades.
• Drive the technical execution of essential cycles.
• Over 10 years of experience in HR technology, with extensive knowledge of Workday HCM and Talent modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, or a related discipline.
• A 'people-first' leader with a demonstrated history of managing global teams and executing large-scale system implementations.
• Experience in fast-paced growth environments; adept at navigating uncertainty with resilience and a positive 'can-do' mindset.
• Strong grasp of Workday Architecture, APIs, and product management/Agile methodologies.
