This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for technical, go-to-market, and operational roles, ranging from individual contributors to leadership positions.
• Develop and sustain pipelines for critical hiring areas by closely collaborating with hiring managers to clarify requirements and expedite the process.
• Ensure a consistent and candidate-friendly interview experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance) while utilizing data to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
• Implement a structured onboarding program that prepares new hires for immediate success.
• Collaborate with managers on 30/60/90 day plans and track the ramp-up of new hires.
• Assist with learning and development programs, career progression, and internal mobility.
• Manage performance review cycles and aid managers and leaders with calibration and feedback discussions.
• Address daily employee relations issues with sound judgment, discretion, and promptness.
• Promote remote and in-person engagement activities that strengthen company culture and decrease attrition.
• Oversee essential HR functions: policies, benefits administration (PEO/EOR), HRIS, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment practices and maintain SOC 2-aligned human resources procedures.
• 4–7 years of experience in People/HR, with substantial expertise in talent acquisition and recruiting operations.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles and functions simultaneously.
• A successful history of placing talent at all organizational levels.
• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing environment where adaptability is essential.
• Strong background in core HR operations: onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and basic compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to operate independently while adhering to strategic objectives.
• Familiarity with an HRIS and ATS.
