This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete global onboarding process: Right to Work verification, background checks, IT coordination, Deel operations for international hires and contractors, along with cross-team logistics to guarantee that every new employee is ready from day one.
• Serve as the primary contact for pre-hire and former employee inquiries.
• Create and sustain a "White Glove" onboarding experience tailored for Executive Leadership.
• Oversee the generation of separation documents (including state-specific documents, separation letters, and Certificates of Employment) ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
• Establish and monitor lifecycle KPIs: onboarding satisfaction, RTW completion, training, benefits enrollment, and equity acknowledgment.
• Collaborate with People Systems to enhance employee support operations (intake, routing, metrics, and self-service capabilities).
• Manage the employee knowledge ecosystem: ensure policies and resources are easy to find, accurate, and governed with clear ownership, review schedules, and escalation procedures.
• Oversee the rollout of security training and configure new modules (SCORM, video) within Workday Learning.
• Audit learning data, enforce completion requirements, and handle non-compliance escalations.
• Supervise professional development initiatives and manage vendor relationships with learning content partners (such as OpenSesame).
• Operationally manage AwardCo (configuration, vendor relations, budget, and communications), co-working space access, and Performance Awards logistics.
• Govern AskPeople Pal (ticket triage/routing) and any future AI agents; lead health checks, documentation, and standards for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain ClickUp automations that support operational workflows.
• Act as the go-to resource for the People Team regarding AI adoption, training, and support.
• Over 5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior lead or management position.
• Extensive proficiency in Workday HCM; hands-on experience with Workday Learning and Deel is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of global Right to Work standards, background check procedures, and experience in managing internal data audits.
• Proven ability to create, implement, and govern AI agents and automation solutions to modernize and expand people operations.
• Experience in managing company-wide initiatives (recognition, workspace, learning) with excellent vendor management capabilities.
• Documented experience in overseeing offboarding/separation processes with a focus on compliance and employee experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with C-suite stakeholders.
• A "data-first" approach to identifying bottlenecks and fostering continuous improvement throughout operational workflows.
• A customer-centric attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding, scalable employee experiences at every interaction.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and cross-functional influence abilities, with the capacity to drive alignment among HR, IT, Legal, and business teams.
• Experience in content management and governance for internal knowledge bases or employee portals is a plus.
