• Oversee the development and implementation of enterprise workforce planning strategies that align with business priorities, growth goals, and financial plans.
• Convert business and operational strategies into workforce demand scenarios, emphasizing trade-offs, risks, and implications for leadership decision-making.
• Provide guidance to senior leaders regarding workforce capacity, location strategies, talent composition, and skills implications.
• Manage workforce demand and supply modeling, which includes scenario analysis, forecasting assumptions, and sensitivity testing.
• Distill complex workforce data into clear, executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to consistently enhance dashboards, data integrity, and workforce planning tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and the wider business.
• Ensure alignment across various functions on workforce assumptions, targets, and execution priorities.
• Conduct workforce reviews and decision forums to facilitate timely course corrections and risk management.
• Establish governance, standards, and operational rhythms for workforce planning and position management.
• Spearhead change management initiatives to integrate workforce planning into ongoing business and financial processes.
• Monitor the execution of workforce plans and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of workforce planning processes and continuously enhance methodologies, tools, and stakeholder experiences.
• Institutionalize best practices and expand workforce planning capabilities across various regions and business units.
• Create and implement communication strategies that foster transparency, establish shared expectations, and facilitate progress reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning, people analytics, or strategy.
• Degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, HR, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience collaborating closely with Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business on demand planning and scenario modeling is preferred.
• Proven experience in launching and scaling workforce planning programs or operating models is preferred.
• Background as an analytics or strategy business partner is preferred.
• Familiarity with workforce planning technologies (e.g., Workday, Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms) is preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives on an enterprise scale.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions through data and insights.
• Experience working with global stakeholders across diverse cultures and time zones.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with large datasets, planning models, and BI tools.
• Excellent skills in executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
