This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and lead the Race4EveryKid virtual fundraiser along with all peer-to-peer and crowdfunding initiatives from inception to completion.
• Oversee all stages of Race4EveryKid, from strategic planning through to post-campaign evaluation and reporting.
• Create and implement a multi-year growth strategy aimed at scaling Race4EveryKid to achieve $1 million in revenue within three years.
• Establish annual goals for revenue, participation, and team recruitment, while adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
• Contribute to the formulation of annual campaign budgets, timelines, and revenue objectives.
• Generate comprehensive post-campaign analyses, providing recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Devise recruitment and retention strategies for individual participants, fundraising teams, and returning supporters.
• Maintain continuous, year-round relationships with key participants and volunteers.
• Develop and manage a program for corporate teams.
• Create engagement touchpoints, coaching resources, and incentive programs.
• Coach top fundraisers and team leaders on best practices for peer-to-peer fundraising.
• Collaborate with internal teams to equip participants with necessary resources, tools, and support.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure sponsorships for events.
• Develop sponsorship packages that provide measurable value to corporate partners.
• Build a pipeline of corporate partners and oversee sponsor deliverables, stewardship, and renewals.
• Work alongside the Marketing team to enhance campaign visibility and promote recognition of sponsors.
• Supervise peer-to-peer and crowdfunding campaigns beyond Race4EveryKid.
• Stay informed about platform capabilities, industry trends, emerging peer-to-peer models, and competitor campaigns.
• Manage campaign platforms, participant data, and CRM records effectively.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, fundraising progress, retention rates, and revenue performance.
• Develop dashboards to assess program effectiveness and guide strategy.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Development.
• A minimum of 5 years of fundraising experience at an organization where peer-to-peer fundraising is a core revenue source, with direct, hands-on responsibility for campaign execution and growth.
• In-depth knowledge of endurance and walk events, virtual campaigns, DIY fundraising, and gaming/streaming.
• Proven track record of expanding peer-to-peer or virtual campaigns, ideally achieving six- or seven-figure revenue levels.
• Experience in securing sponsorships and managing corporate partnerships within a fundraising context.
• Capability to engage C-suite corporate contacts as well as grassroots participants.
• Proficiency with peer-to-peer fundraising platforms; experience with DonorDrive is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Competence in managing a complex, multi-month campaign with minimal oversight.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
