Ensure the agency meets program KPIs and that execution is in line with business objectives.
• Identify and assess new partnership opportunities within emerging categories (including employer and closed-group benefits portals, co-branded integrations, and creator-adjacent models), providing recommendations based on clear growth and quality rationale.
• Manage placement and creative aspects, including asset coordination, partner briefings, and review cycles.
• Rigorously monitor program quality and respond promptly when thresholds are exceeded, escalating issues through legal and operational channels as necessary.
• Collaborate with analytics and data engineering teams to uphold and enhance attribution accuracy, including addressing pipeline issues that impact performance measurement.
• Work with legal on partner compliance, data-sharing agreements, and any contractual issues that arise during program management.
• Assist the Influencer channel in key operational and strategic initiatives, such as managing creator contract renewals and scope negotiations (e.g., adjusting syndication rights, whitelisting terms); coordinating paid amplification workflows that promote influencer content on Meta paid social; and contributing to creative performance analysis to identify effective talent, formats, and messaging angles for acquisition.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives that broaden the affiliate channel's reach, including integrations with influencer, paid social, and brand partnership programs.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance performance and guide them from hypothesis through testing to full-scale execution.
• 7-8 years of marketing experience, with extensive expertise in affiliate marketing, preferably within a performance or acquisition-focused setting.
• Strong platform proficiency — experience with Impact is highly preferred; familiarity with tracking, attribution windows, and data passback mechanics is essential.

• A highly analytical, data-driven mindset, with a track record of measuring performance and converting insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of representing the brand externally and collaborating effectively at a senior level.
• A proactive, accountable, and team-oriented approach. The candidate should be solutions-focused and driven by the desire to build something impactful from the ground up.

• Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time positions.
• Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days.
• Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental & vision, as well as parental leave.
• Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
• 401k benefits with employer matching contributions.
• Offsite team retreats.
