This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee partner-facing enablement activities to guarantee successful implementations.
• Assist clients in achieving their "Time to Value" objectives by promoting the adoption of best practices.
• Validate deployment methodologies while adhering to established Saviynt processes.
• Propel strategic global initiatives within Saviynt by leveraging a diverse array of data and metrics to manage costs.
• Identify potential risks, highlight cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and suggest general business process enhancements.
• Collect feedback to foster ongoing improvements in Saviynt processes, community tools, and systems.
• Comprehend partners' strategic objectives and provide guidance on how to attain them.
• Offer feedback to partners on enhancing their "Ways of Working" based on field information and internal data metrics.
• Collaborate with CSMs, TAMs, and Expert Services to assess a partner’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as identify at-risk projects.
• Monitor go-live dates in your region and pinpoint aged or deferred go-lives that may be at risk.
• For projects or go-lives that are at risk, determine causes and propose potential interventions.
• Profile partners by geography, experience, and performance to aid Partner Directors and Sales Directors in formulating recommendations for clients.
• Track and evaluate partner engagement with Freshdesk, Forums, Documentation Portal, Ideas Portal, and Saviynt Exchange.
• Utilize data-driven analysis to recognize trends at both regional and global levels and create strategies for field teams to implement.
• Participate in Partner Focused events to either present on relevant topics or facilitate workshops aimed at enhancing partner engagement.
• Develop content for the quarterly Partner Newsletter that enriches the partner’s capabilities and knowledge.
• Assist the Partner Director in managing partner performance with substantiated facts to foster a constructive dialogue.
• Challenge existing practices and identify improvement opportunities both externally with partners and internally with functional teams.
• Convey the Saviynt vision and product roadmap.
• Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Drive expansion opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in channel/partner management enablement or a related role within the IAM/IGA sector.
• Extensive domain knowledge across all facets of IAG.
• Strong grasp of channel sales dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies, with a proven history of developing scalable training programs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally to create content and deliver training.
• Experience with Federal and Governmental entities is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Knowledge of User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation.
• Direct experience in customer or partner interaction and management.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Capability to present and communicate effectively at an executive level.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, adapt rapidly, and maintain a positive demeanor.
