• Take ownership of and implement the paid social strategy across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and other emerging channels, effectively managing budgets to enhance customer acquisition and efficiency.
• Track and refine campaign, audience, and creative performance; scale successful initiatives and address areas of underperformance.
• Spearhead experimentation across various audiences, creative elements, messaging, and bidding strategies to foster ongoing performance enhancement.
• Assess performance across different attribution models to pinpoint growth drivers and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Develop and sustain reporting systems, dashboards, and measurement frameworks in collaboration with analytics teams.
• Work alongside Creative, Studio, and Production teams to produce high-impact assets and ensure a strong fit between creative and platform requirements.
• Sustain a high volume of creative testing to facilitate growth.
• Collaborate across departments with Merchandising, Product, and Data teams to align on priorities, enhance measurement, and support critical initiatives.
• Share performance insights and growth prospects with leadership.
• Identify and experiment with new growth opportunities across various channels, formats, and audience strategies; continuously refine experimentation frameworks.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in performance marketing or paid social growth.
• Extensive expertise in managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) at scale, with a focus on ROAS/CPA metrics.
• Experience in managing TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other paid social channels.
• Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with attribution models and performance data.
• Demonstrated capability to manage and optimize substantial paid media budgets.
• Experience in driving performance-focused creative testing and collaborating closely with creative teams.
• A highly data-driven mindset paired with strong operational execution skills.
