This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of paid search campaigns, including strategic planning, launch, and operational management.
• Collaborate with clients and client-side subject matter experts to devise and present new optimization or testing opportunities.
• Communicate and engage with clients via email or phone, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Lead a team of paid search marketers, providing direction, establishing objectives, and promoting their professional growth.
• Accountable for delivering timely feedback, coaching, and evaluating the goals and tasks of team members, conducting weekly one-on-one meetings to provide ongoing support and ensure compliance with scorecard tasks.
• Efficiently manage daily budget tracking and implement bid rule strategies for campaigns, ad groups, and keywords, regularly optimizing bids.
• Actively participate in testing keywords, ad copies, landing pages, and third-party tools to improve campaign performance.
• Offer comprehensive support for paid search campaigns, including account setup, strategy development, organization, and tactical execution.
• Utilize reporting, analytics, and trend tools daily to monitor campaign results and share insights during weekly client calls.
• Facilitate frequent internal communication and collaboration with other channel leaders working on the same client; enabling each team member to recognize how the activities of other channels impact theirs.
• 7-10 years of experience in Paid Search roles with a proven history of executing successful campaigns with budgets of $1 million or more.
• 2-3 years of preferred team management experience.
• Possession of Google Ads Search Certification, demonstrating proficiency and dedication to industry-standard practices.
• Additional relevant certifications are seen as advantageous (such as Google Display, Video, App, and/or Shopping).
• Experience managing and overseeing campaign types beyond Paid Search, including PMAX (additional advantage if experienced with Display, Video, App, Shopping, Demand Gen, etc.).
• Proven success in analyzing data and utilizing analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage time across clients, various partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work efficiently with both external and internal teams.
