This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of ROAS, efficiency, and growth objectives within a multi-million-dollar paid search budget.
• Design and enhance campaign structures across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Develop and improve keyword strategies, bidding models, audience targeting, negative keyword structures, and query management.
• Review and manage automated bidding systems, ensuring that platform automation is aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to enhance post-click conversion rates and the overall landing page experience.
• Work together with the Data and Analytics teams on initiatives related to attribution, incrementality, and measurement.
• Discover and implement new growth opportunities within search inventory, seasonal demand trends, and audience expansion.
• Create reporting frameworks and performance insights that facilitate informed decision-making among Growth leadership.
• Over 5 years of in-house experience in paid search.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar paid search budgets.
• Demonstrated accountability for ROAS, CPA, or similar business metrics.
• Background in marketplace, ecommerce, travel, or other high-intent transactional industries.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.
