This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Define the vision and design the global paid media strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and ABM platforms.
• Foster pipeline growth in both enterprise and mid-market segments through strategic investments in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other emerging channels.
• Create comprehensive media plans that are directly aligned with regional revenue targets and prioritized segments.
• Manage a multi-million dollar media budget with an emphasis on maximizing ROI and converting expenditures into predictable pipeline and revenue contributions.
• Set the essential KPIs, shifting the emphasis from lead volume to quantifiable pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition outcomes.
• Oversee a continuous testing strategy (including creative, messaging, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages) to enhance conversion rates and cost efficiency across all campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure precise attribution and measurement across various channels.
• Leverage data to spot scaling opportunities and proactively address performance risks to safeguard the media portfolio.
• Enhance reporting to provide clear, actionable, and data-driven insights to senior leadership and executives.
• Manage and mentor members of the paid media team, emphasizing career development and strategic growth.
• Implement and uphold operational standards, best practices, and thorough documentation to ensure excellence and scalability across the function.
• Act as the subject matter expert and strategic consultant for cross-functional partners, coordinating with Product Marketing and Campaign teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Guide Creative teams in developing high-performing ad formats tailored to specific channels and audiences.
• Work with regional marketing teams to adapt campaign strategies for global markets and optimize performance based on geographical and segment-specific nuances.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B digital advertising, preferably within the SaaS sector.
• More than 4 years of experience in people management.
• Extensive expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads; familiarity with ABM platforms (such as Demandbase, 6sense, etc.).
• Strong grasp of B2B buying cycles and enterprise demand generation.
• Experience in managing substantial paid media budgets with demonstrated pipeline impact.
• Analytical proficiency in performance metrics, attribution models, and marketing analytics tools.
• Experience executing global campaigns with localization considerations.
• Capability to translate data into engaging executive-level narratives.
• Legally authorized to work in the UK on a continuous basis.
