This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as an executive-level strategic collaborator for a portfolio of premier clients, aligning digital strategies with their overarching business objectives, advising on comprehensive marketing plans, and taking ownership of renewal, expansion, and satisfaction targets across Executive Accounts.
• Establish performance benchmarks and operational rhythms for multiple teams, ensuring excellence in launches, pacing, and KPI achievement across all Executive Accounts.
• Leverage performance, margin, and retention metrics to drive ongoing optimization and guide quarterly business reviews and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales, Product, and Operations leaders to refine go-to-market strategies, packaging, and processes for Executive Accounts, ensuring client feedback shapes the roadmap and service design.
• Lead cross-functional projects that enhance campaign delivery, measurement, and reporting for valuable clients, balancing client results with operational efficiency.
• Enhance reporting and analysis, ensuring that executive clients clearly understand our impact and trust our strategic recommendations.
• Be adept at managing multiple stakeholders and diverse needs simultaneously.
• Design and institutionalize scalable processes, playbooks, and standards for executive account delivery, guaranteeing consistency and efficiency across teams and markets.
• Advocate for innovation in measurement, reporting, and optimization, experimenting with new methods (e.g., advanced attribution, CTV/Video strategies, automation) and scaling successful trials.
• Effectively communicate and align priorities, trade-offs, and execution across Sales, Client Success, Product, and Operations.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers, individual contributors, and senior individual contributors across various pods, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture focused on client outcomes.
• Oversee the talent strategy for the group, including workforce planning, succession planning, and development pathways for individual contributors and senior individual contributors.
• Manage onboarding and capability at scale, partnering with enablement/HR to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of evolving digital trends.
• Over 12 years of experience in digital marketing, with considerable experience in complex, multi-channel programs (PPC, SEO, CTV, Display, Video, Social) for enterprise or high-value accounts.
• More than 7 years of experience leading managers and cross-functional teams in either an agency or in-house setting, with a proven history of building high-performing organizations.
• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey digital/social concepts effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset; demonstrate a proactive attitude and the ability to excel in ambiguous situations.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently with precision and accuracy.
• Proven track record of owning revenue, margin, and retention targets for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
• Capacity to manage heavy workloads with the flexibility to quickly shift priorities based on organizational needs.
• Creative thinker with excellent time management and organizational skills, along with exceptional attention to detail.
• This role entails a flexible weekend coverage/support requirement.
