Senior Manager, Operations Applications – Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic planning and modernization of applications to support enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Create and sustain application roadmaps that align with organizational objectives, digital strategies, and future business requirements.

• Identify and document business requirements, capability necessities, process flows, and data dependencies for Supply Chain applications.

• Ensure that Supply Chain applications are prepared for SAP S/4HANA implementation.

• Propose application disposition strategies with well-defined business justifications.

• Foster alignment among Supply Chain, Digital Technology, and functional subject-matter experts regarding priorities, sequencing, and deployment strategies.

• Enhance application lifecycle management standards to boost efficiency, mitigate risks, and facilitate sustainable transformation.

• Steer the strategic direction of the Operations application portfolio during the enterprise's modernization and transition to SAP S/4HANA.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise applications, digital transformation, or business systems strategy.

• Proven experience in developing application roadmaps or spearheading modernization initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and guide decisions within complex, matrixed organizations.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• A background in Operations or Supply Chain technology is preferred.

• Familiarity with application architecture, integration patterns, and process mapping is preferred.

• Experience in supporting SAP S/4HANA transitions or large-scale ERP modernization is preferred.

• Ability to drive strategic clarity among global teams is preferred.

• Candidate must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
