This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist in driving business development initiatives for the expansion of the pharmacy network, which includes evaluating partners, structuring deals, planning for strategic growth, tracking deliverables, and providing updates to leadership.
• Create presentations, storyboards, and other materials that effectively convey complex concepts and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic planning and thinking efforts that align with the organization's business objectives and future growth prospects.
• Perform market research, competitive analyses, and business evaluations to guide business cases and strategic choices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement commercialization strategies for new and evolving B2B services.
• Transform insights and data into clear recommendations to aid in prioritization and execution decisions.
• Act as a reliable working-level partner to leaders across product, pharmacy, digital, and operations teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, product management, commercialization, or a related area.
• Proven experience in supporting business development, encompassing pitchbook creation, preparation of leadership briefs, deal structuring, and tracking deliverables.
• Solid understanding of the pharmacy sector and the wider healthcare landscape, with familiarity in areas such as payers, providers, PBMs, or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven capability to influence others without direct authority and work efficiently in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in building or supporting financial models and business cases.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create structured narratives, frame decisions, and facilitate effective discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished executive-level presentation.
• Experience in supporting B2B or enterprise initiatives is preferred.
