Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the sales pipeline.

• Connect with new prospects, partners, and key stakeholders in regulated sectors including financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, and government.

• Meet quarterly pipeline objectives established with the Chief Revenue Officer.

• Identify, recruit, and empower digital agencies, system integrators, and technology partners throughout Europe.

• Establish co-selling initiatives.

• Participate in partner events.

• Present product demonstrations and technical presentations at industry events, webinars, and partner workshops.

• Convey dotCMS capabilities into business value for Enterprise Architects, IT leaders, and marketing professionals.

• Collaborate with the Sales Engineering team for in-depth technical sessions.

• Provide European market insights to the Product and Marketing teams.

• Influence competitive positioning, pricing, and feature priorities for the EMEA region.


⛳️ Requirements

• A total of 10 years of experience, including over 5 years in product marketing and/or sales engineering roles.

• A proven history of generating pipeline that converts into ARR for an Enterprise SaaS organization.

• Capability to deliver engaging product demonstrations to both technical and business audiences.

• An established network of digital agencies, system integrators, or technology partners in Europe is advantageous.

• Previous experience in the digital sector or CMS market landscape is beneficial.

• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles (3–9 months, involving multiple stakeholders and compliance considerations).

• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language (German or French) is a plus.

• Residing in Europe with the capacity to travel up to 40% within the region.
