Senior Manager – MPPS Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Oversee, track, and manage internal projects from start to finish.

• Acquire necessary resources and handle resource allocation, budgets, risks, and changes using formal methodologies and tools.

• Ensure timely completion of projects, adhering to specifications and budget constraints.

• Offer high-level project management guidance and mentorship.

• Tailor project management methodologies and best practices to suit project requirements.

• Provide advice to project teams and stakeholders regarding project management principles, practices, and strategies.

• Plan, implement, and monitor intricate projects that align with the organization's goals.

• Authorize project plans, budgets, and resource distributions.

• Measure project performance against industry benchmarks, best practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Evaluate project deliverables, key milestones, and timelines.

• Mentor project managers and team members.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective project management frameworks.

• 7 years of experience leading cross-functional team projects.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.

• Possesses a growth mindset, agility, and the capacity to develop oneself and others.

• Proficient in execution and delivery skills, including planning, implementing, and supporting initiatives.

• Business intelligence expertise.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional credentials.

• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

• Preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones.

• Candidates may reside anywhere in the United States.
