This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Oversee and guide a team of sales professionals to meet sales targets and promote revenue expansion.
• Create and execute effective sales strategies while coaching and mentoring the sales team, cultivating a culture of high performance.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment of sales objectives with overall business goals.
• More than 10 years of demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching.
• Proven experience in closing complex deals valued at $300k or more, involving multiple stakeholders, geographies, and departments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of establishing relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
• Analytical and data-driven approach, with the capability to utilize sales data to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in interpreting and penetrating the market through a multi-faceted and diverse sales approach.
• Results-oriented and driven by targets.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time.
