Senior Manager, Medicare Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide coaching, mentorship, education, motivation, and training to a team of sales professionals.

• Foster, sustain, and enhance relationships with Humana’s customers, including both internal and external business partners.

• Create marketing budgets and identify branding opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with your team and engage with members in person during appointments and events within the Pennsylvania market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the Lehigh County, PA region or be willing to relocate.

• Possess an active Health Insurance license.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicare sales or related sales roles.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Proven experience in leading a team of sales associates, training in effective sales techniques, delivering educational presentations, utilizing technology tools, and building relationships with communities and medical providers.

• Strong technological skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications, various CRM systems, and different iPhone app functionalities.

• Demonstrated background as a strong leader and high performer.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to adapt and overcome challenges when necessary.

• Experience in community engagement and grassroots marketing for Medicare plans.

• A genuine passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.

• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, as required by state regulations).
