Presales Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create sandboxes and showcase Thrive Learning's products to prospective clients

• Assist the sales team by delivering technical presentations and crafting proposals

• Generate documentation throughout the Sales Process, including support for Internal Handover

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in educational technology

• Remain informed about our competitors and the industry landscape

• Offer insights on new features and suggestions to the product development team

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

• Enthusiastic about addressing customer challenges with innovative technologies

• Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to quality

• A desire to learn and develop professionally

• Experience in Educational Technology (Preferred)

• Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS (Preferred)

• Background in e-learning development (Preferred)

• Understanding of industry standards for learning content (Preferred)

• Project management experience (Preferred)

• Familiarity with Canva/Design tools (Preferred)

• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical customers and colleagues (Preferred)

• Experience with API technologies (Preferred)
