HCM Sales Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive HCM sales strategy to meet annual revenue and growth objectives.

• Drive the acquisition of new business while nurturing existing client relationships.

• Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting across all segments.

• Identify new market opportunities and competitive trends within the HCM sector.

• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate high-performing HCM sales talent.

• Provide coaching to sales managers and team members through structured performance management processes.

• Establish sales methodologies, KPIs, and best practices to enhance conversion rates and productivity.

• Engage personally in executive-level sales opportunities and key account negotiations.

• Develop relationships with C-suite executives, CHROs, HR leaders, CFOs, and procurement stakeholders.

• Collaborate with solution consultants to craft persuasive business cases and ROI analyses.

• Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.

• Present regular business reviews to executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of successful B2B sales experience.

• More than 5 years of experience leading sales teams in HCM, HR technology, payroll, workforce management, benefits, or similar SaaS industries.

• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and guiding teams to achieve revenue goals.

• Experience in selling to SMB and Mid-Market organizations.

• Strong executive presence along with excellent presentation skills.

• Proficient in consultative and value-based selling methodologies.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
