This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Assist the Medicaid Value-Added Benefits Team in designing, building, and managing benefits within the Salesforce-Based Health Innovation Platform.
• Oversee and coordinate the planning, development, reporting, and implementation of both new and existing Value-Added Benefits.
• Serve as a liaison between IT and the business segment to accurately document business requirements.
• Ensure that the scope of work aligns with business objectives and that deliverables and deadlines are consistently met.
• Manage the intake, review, and execution of initiatives aimed at product improvement and development.
• Collaborate with DDAT to maintain and enhance the product backlog.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, and retrospective meetings.
• Convert customer, colleague, and business needs into feature initiatives while tracking enterprise ROI.
• Develop, monitor, and manage financial and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain the product portfolio catalog, performance data, dashboards, and reports.
• Lead data analysts in delivering automated solutions for vendor information exchange.
• Monitor and analyze issue management related to the HIP platform and its vendors.
• Direct the development and implementation of new product initiatives and enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships, including performance and risk issues, contract management, and vendor activities.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and ensure that action plans are established and executed.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, or Operations.
• Proven experience in leading change management efforts.
• Experience in directing cross-functional project management initiatives.
• Knowledge of vendor management practices.
• Proficient in execution and delivery processes, including planning, deployment, and support.
• Strong understanding of technology and its application to address business challenges and provide technical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.
