Senior Manager, Marketplace & Retail Channels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing the channel strategy across platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, QVC, and iHerb

• Drive performance to meet revenue objectives, contribution profit targets, and adhere to inventory and margin guidelines

• Convert overarching priorities into actionable plans at the channel level

• Oversee the execution of the Amazon strategy for owned brands, including assortment, pricing, promotions, content, merchandising, and Subscribe & Save

• Collaborate with the agency to ensure that priorities are well-defined and executed

• Manage relationships with the Amazon agency and QVC broker

• Set clear expectations, monitor deliverables, and ensure accountability

• Work closely with Finance, Inventory/Supply Chain, and Owned Brands teams

• Align execution with inventory limitations, financial goals, and brand priorities

• Assist in channel forecasting and inventory management

• Ensure that plans are in line with operational realities and business objectives

• Identify risks early on and suggest necessary adjustments

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace roles with direct responsibility for Amazon

• Practical knowledge of Seller Central or Vendor Central

• Proven experience in managing external agencies and ensuring accountability

• Strong analytical capabilities (Excel / Google Sheets)

• Experience working with multiple brands or SKUs

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities

• A hands-on operational mindset
