Senior Manager, Marketplace & Retail Channels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing the channel strategy for platforms including Amazon, TikTok Shop, QVC, and iHerb.

• Propel performance in relation to revenue objectives, contribution profit targets, inventory management, and margin guidelines.

• Convert overarching priorities into actionable plans at the channel level.

• Oversee the execution of Amazon strategies for owned brands, focusing on assortment, pricing, promotions, content, and merchandising.

• Collaborate with agencies to ensure that priorities are well-defined and effectively executed.

• Manage relationships with the Amazon agency and QVC broker.

• Establish expectations, monitor deliverables, and ensure proper follow-through.

• Work closely with teams in finance, inventory/supply chain, and owned brands.

• Ensure alignment of execution with inventory limitations, financial objectives, and brand priorities.

• Assist in channel forecasting and inventory planning.

• Confirm that plans are in line with operational realities and business objectives.

• Identify risks early and propose necessary adjustments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in ecommerce or marketplace roles with direct responsibility for Amazon.

• Practical experience using Seller Central or Vendor Central.

• Proven track record in managing external agencies and ensuring accountability.

• Strong analytical abilities, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.

• Experience in managing multi-brand or multi-SKU portfolios.

• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• A hands-on operational mindset.
