This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design, implement, and oversee the complete lead flow process from start to finish.
• Ensure that every lead is addressed and that each transition between Marketing and Sales is both automated and seamless.
• Collaborate with Sales to enhance lead quality, refine follow-up workflows, and boost conversion rates from MQL to pipeline contributions.
• Take ownership of the administration, integration, and enhancement of our key marketing tools, including our CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot), and ABM platform (DemandBase).
• Maintain data integrity and tracking across all platforms to evaluate CAC, conversion rates, and multi-touch attribution.
• Oversee and enhance paid digital campaigns across Google Advertising, LinkedIn Advertising, and Demandbase.
• Serve as the leader for our corporate website, optimizing site architecture, SEO & GEO, lead capture forms, and user paths.
• Manage database segmentation, conduct email testing and ensure deliverability, and develop lead scoring models.
• Create and uphold "The Playbook"—developing workflows and scalable processes.
• Assist in executing integrated marketing programs that span digital, content, email, events, and account-based campaigns.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, digital marketing, or revenue operations within a B2B or SaaS setting.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting revenue-driven demand generation and ABM initiatives.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to convert data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work closely with Sales and senior leadership within a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in GTM technology tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Demandbase.
• Expertise in streamlining processes and systems for scalability and efficiency.
