Marketing Operations Specialist – One Year Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Field Marketing teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing engagement between Sophos and our target audiences.

• Manage the scheduling, coordination, and execution of regional email marketing initiatives.

• Develop landing pages, surveys, webinars, and assist with events pertaining to AMER Marketing efforts.

• Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and collaborate with regional marketing teams for improvements.

• Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and Excel while providing reports on activities and resolving data issues in systems like SFDC, Eloqua, Goldcast, GTW, Taxi, Qualtrics, or others we utilize.

• Lead split-testing efforts for email marketing campaigns, offering feedback and suggestions to campaign owners.

• Ensure the ongoing management of Marketing Automation and CRM contact databases, updating unsubscribes, removing duplicates, and enhancing contact data quality.

• Possess a tech-savvy mindset, be self-motivated, resourceful, entrepreneurial, and exhibit endless curiosity and ambition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or Fluent English Speaker

• Proficient in HTML

• 3-5 years of experience in campaign execution

• 3-5 years of experience with marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo, or Pardot)

• 3-5 years of experience in a multinational company serving multiple countries

• Familiarity with various systems for email, landing pages, events, chat, webinars, surveys, etc.

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Experience in project and task management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
