This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and enhance HubSpot functionalities, including workflows, campaign creation, segmentation, and analytics.
• Refine lead management systems, focusing on routing, data organization, and campaign evaluation.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure precise CRM integration and data integrity.
• Implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns across key channels, monitoring performance against essential metrics.
• Design and distribute marketing emails that align with campaigns, events, and nurturing initiatives.
• Create and sustain dashboards and reports across HubSpot, CRM, and paid advertising platforms.
• Plan and execute trade shows and events, managing the process from initial planning to follow-up.
• Discover opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance consistency through automation.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related B2B field.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company setting.
• Practical experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation tool.
• Knowledge of paid media, email marketing, CRM systems, and analytics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in working with data, dashboards, and performance indicators.
• Capability to collaborate across teams and enhance processes.
