This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of REE Medical’s marketing technology infrastructure, data architecture, and operational framework.
• Supervise a direct report, specifically the Webmaster and Analytics Manager.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute the HubSpot strategy and roadmap.
• Work in partnership with the Sales team on lead routing and handoff processes.
• Act as the definitive source for marketing performance data and ensure platform integrity.
• Develop and maintain the overall strategy, governance, and operational efficiency of REE Medical's marketing technology stack.
• Oversee comprehensive HubSpot administration, including building workflows and ensuring system cleanliness.
• Manage the lead routing logic and monitor integration health between HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Mentor, evaluate performance, and foster the development of direct reports.
• Create and oversee marketing reporting systems and dashboards.
• Collaborate across departments to address business needs and ensure compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Over 7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related infrastructure with direct responsibility for platform administration, integration, and data architecture.
• Demonstrated success in administering marketing automation platforms, including configuration, workflow development, integration management, and data hygiene duties.
• Proficient hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub; HubSpot certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• A marketing operator mindset that combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execute tasks. A self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of results, and proactively addressing issues.
• Experience in people management, including hiring, coaching, and assessing performance of direct reports, as well as developing technical talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present operational metrics to senior leadership.
• Experience in marketing within regulated, compliance-sensitive, or healthcare-related sectors is preferred.
• Understanding and empathy for the veteran community is a significant advantage; candidates with military backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000 per year based on experience.
