This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement AI-driven workflows and agents to streamline repetitive marketing operations tasks.
• Develop and sustain process automations throughout the martech ecosystem.
• Recognize automation possibilities in campaign operations, lead processing, and data quality.
• Keep abreast of new AI tools (MCP integrations, LLM-powered operations, etc.) and incorporate relevant innovations internally.
• Oversee lead enrichment and normalization processes.
• Conduct quality assurance for landing pages, campaign sequencing, form routing, and nurture workflows from start to finish.
• Manage conversion tracking systems and attribution modeling.
• Maintain data integrity across campaign inputs and outputs.
• HubSpot: configure campaigns, manage lifecycle stages, reporting, and workflows.
• Chilipiper: set up meeting routing logic, form concierge, and handle inbound leads.
• Navattic: manage interactive demos and track performance.
• Warmly: monitor intent signals and enrich site visitor data.
• GTM / GA4: oversee tag management, event tracking, and conversion setups.
• Establish and uphold data hygiene standards across marketing systems.
• Develop processes to identify and correct dirty data before it enters the pipeline.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a closely related role.
• Practical HubSpot administration experience (beyond just reporting access).
• Solid understanding of GTM and GA4, including custom event configurations.
• Proven capability to create and maintain automated workflows independently of engineering support.
• Proficient in working with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (Python, JS, or similar).
• Strong intuition regarding data quality, attribution, and funnel analytics.
• High adaptability to ambiguity with a preference for building over documenting processes.
• Experience in developing AI agents or LLM-powered workflows within a marketing or operations context (strong advantage).
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations (strong advantage).
• Previous experience with Chilipiper, Navattic, Warmly, or similar tools (strong advantage).
• Background in a B2B SaaS setting, preferably in security or data (strong advantage).
