This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the lead management process, which includes scoring, managing the MQL lifecycle, and establishing follow-up SLAs.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, sales operations, and revenue operations teams to assess lead quality and enhance conversion rates.
• Create and uphold audience segmentation frameworks to support campaigns.
• Process event and campaign lists, utilizing AI and enrichment tools to pinpoint ICP contacts.
• Ensure campaign data integrity by accurately and consistently capturing campaign responses.
• Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack (Pardot, Salesforce, etc.) to maximize utilization.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology setting.
• Practical experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, along with a solid understanding of lead management, campaign operations, data quality, and reporting best practices.
• Experience with Pardot and Salesforce is highly desirable.
• A proactive and self-directed approach to problem-solving is essential.
