This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take charge of the product roadmap and implementation for essential marketing platform modules, which include Push Notifications, User Segments, User Tags, Marketing Templates, Workflow Automation, and Campaign Management.
• Create scalable audience segmentation and tagging functionalities that enable flexible targeting for various business scenarios.
• Develop marketing orchestration capabilities across multiple channels, such as push notifications, email marketing, in-app messaging, scheduling, frequency control, and monitoring campaign performance.
• Design workflow automation that allows marketing actions to be activated based on user behavior, business events, audience rules, and operational conditions.
• Enhance the marketing template platform by delivering reusable and configurable templates that assist business teams in launching campaigns more effectively.
• Investigate AI-driven capabilities to enhance marketing operations, including workflow optimization, campaign setup, content generation, strategy recommendations, and performance assessments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements and convert them into scalable platform solutions.
• Specify product requirements, user flows, PRDs, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Continuously enhance platform usability, adaptability, operational efficiency, stability, and scalability.
• Over 8 years of Product Management experience, ideally in building backend platforms, CRM systems, marketing platforms, growth products, or data platforms.
• Strong grasp of marketing technology, including audience segmentation, tagging systems, campaign management, messaging platforms, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven experience in designing scalable platform products that cater to multiple internal business teams.
• Familiarity with multi-channel messaging, such as push notifications, email marketing, in-app messaging, or related communication systems.
• Robust product thinking capabilities with the ability to balance business requirements, platform scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in defining metrics, assessing product performance, and fostering continuous improvement.
• A keen interest in leveraging AI technologies to enhance product capabilities, operational efficiency, or business decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Data, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams.
• High level of ownership with a strong focus on product usability and execution quality.
