This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance Boulevard's marketing operations strategy, systems, and processes.
• Link marketing investments to pipeline, revenue, retention, and customer lifecycle results.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to boost GTM performance and operational effectiveness.
• Discover, implement, and expand AI-driven workflows and automation possibilities.
• Create and refine processes that enhance campaign execution, reporting, lead management, and customer engagement.
• Promote the adoption of AI-enabled tools and best practices throughout the marketing organization.
• Manage and optimize Boulevard's marketing automation stack, which includes Marketo, Customer.io, and other related GTM systems.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that offer insights into funnel performance, marketing efficiency, and revenue impact.
• Build and lead a high-performing Marketing Operations team.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Lifecycle Marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• In-depth expertise in Marketo and Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, attribution, and funnel management.
• Experience in close partnership with Sales, RevOps, and Data teams.
• Demonstrated capability to link marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue results.
