Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Effectively lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 marketing operations professionals, establishing priorities and ensuring accountability for achieving goals.

• Take ownership of the comprehensive lead management strategy, encompassing lead scoring, funnel design, and lead nurturing, while ensuring that processes scale along with business growth.

• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, sales, and business operations, acting as the representative for the lead management function in discussions with senior stakeholders.

• Manage marketing automation within HubSpot and Salesforce, focusing on continuous workflow improvement and implementing governance practices for the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, with a strong proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce.

• More than 2 years of experience in people management, demonstrating the ability to nurture and retain talent effectively.

• Extensive knowledge in lead management, marketing automation, and CRM systems.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels.

• Experience in developing lead management processes within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS environment.

• Strong analytical capabilities to convert data into strategic insights for senior leadership.

• Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.

• Exceptional project and program management skills, with a history of successfully executing complex initiatives.

• Solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales and marketing workflows.

• Certifications in HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
