Senior Manager, Marketing – GTM (AI-First)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Take charge of company-wide messaging and positioning across various products, target audiences, and market segments.

• Craft unique narratives that resonate with executives, practitioners, and business teams alike.

• Simplify complex capabilities into clear, compelling customer value propositions.

• Develop messaging frameworks that can be utilized across marketing, sales, product, customer success, and partnerships.

• Continuously enhance positioning based on customer insights, market changes, and competitive analysis.

• Influence market perceptions regarding AI-enabled work, collaboration, productivity, and business results.

• Spearhead go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and market expansions.

• Oversee launch planning, customer storytelling, enablement, analyst relations, and campaign execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, growth, strategy, or GTM leadership roles within early-stage, high-growth B2B companies.

• A recent MBA from one of the top 10 MBA programs is considered a plus.

• Outstanding storyteller and communicator.

• Demonstrated ability to create positioning and messaging that fosters adoption, engagement, or revenue growth.

• Strong strategic thinker with a focus on execution.

• Deep curiosity about AI and its transformative impact on business operations.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing structure in uncertain environments.
