This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Represent your region and team by consistently monitoring, developing, and presenting your region’s achievements, concerns, and obstacles to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership, showcasing a strong point of view. Proactively lead solutions for any blockers that cross-functional teams should consider. Triage and communicate team and host needs to meet quarterly and annual objectives and KPIs.
• Lead Regional Growth by managing a geographically distributed team of territory or market-based Supply Managers who work daily to retain Experience Hosts and increase Host availability on the platform, resulting in growth in GMV within the market.
• Portfolio Optimization involves delivering the optimal mix of Experience supply, in the appropriate markets, at the desired quality levels and correct pricing across all tiers of Experiences.
• Optimization and Retention Leadership entails setting the tone, pace, and strategy for account management in your region. Equip, motivate, and empower the team to support hosts during their first 6-12 months on-platform, ensuring they can coach hosts on technical aspects, optimization, and growth best practices (e.g., pricing, run-of-show). Be accountable for regional optimization and retention KPIs.
• Communication and Collaboration require providing regular project and regional updates along with actionable feedback to cross-functional leads. Assess issues and collaborate with peers, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to creatively solve problems.
• Tracking and Reporting involves developing data and tracking systems for your region. Ensure 100% accurate data hygiene across all tools and leadership updates. Report on both positive and negative performance trends with a solution-oriented approach. Keep the team informed about best practices, tooling updates, and team training.
• Quality and Alignment to Brand Vision ensure that the sourced supply in your region meets the quality standards necessary to fulfill the Experiences vision. Align your region’s leads with the taste and quality metrics established by cross-functional stakeholders.
• Over 12 years of global field operations experience, with at least 5 years of managing high-performing teams in rapidly scaling, matrixed environments across multiple continents.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in managing small to mid-sized regional teams.
• Extensive knowledge of current trends in your region related to travel, entertainment, pop culture, art, food and beverage, and other hospitality sectors.
• Proven success in innovative problem-solving and a proactive mindset in identifying and seizing new opportunities.
• Expertise in delivering results for cross-functional teams and building trust across creative, technical, and business disciplines.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and organizational systems (like Airtable).
• Strong accountability for results, with a demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and business objectives.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous situations, adapt quickly, and be driven by changing circumstances, consistently functioning as a self-starter.
