Senior Manager, Market Conduct Exams

📋 Description

• Oversee, plan, and manage Market Conduct Exam projects from inception to conclusion.

• Utilize business knowledge in Market Conduct Exams to ensure Aetna Pharmacy adheres to compliance standards and state regulations.

• Acquire and manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes through formal methodologies and tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize responses and guarantee timely completion.

• Gather data and employ clinical analytical skills to offer guidance on Market Conduct Exams.

• Investigate and address intricate compliance requests for information.

• Supervise pharmacy compliance operations, identify and report trends, and optimize Market Conduct Exam processes.

• Work together with teams to formulate responses and detect potential compliance modifications.

• Collect data and create responses for Market Conduct Exams in conjunction with the compliance regulatory team.

• Enhance business needs analysis techniques and define process improvement requirements and specifications.

• Develop project and program plans that align with business goals and organizational standards.

• Mentor and assist junior project and program managers using KPIs to track progress and evaluate outcomes.

• Promote knowledge sharing among project teams to advance project and program management practices.

• Establish continuous improvement strategies and design change management protocols to improve delivery processes and outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience within the healthcare and/or pharmacy sector.

• Strong skills in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Proficient in collaboration and teamwork.

• Possess a growth mindset, agility, and skills for personal and team development.

• Capable of executing and delivering projects, including planning, implementing, and supporting.

• Knowledgeable in business intelligence.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent critical thinking ability.

• Effective skills in time management, organization, and prioritization.

• Capacity to quickly understand business concepts, objectives, and strategies.

• Ability to collaborate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects with various deliverables.

• Familiarity with fully insured health plans.

• Understanding of legal regulations.

• Experience in compliance, audit, and market conduct examinations.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
