This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive market access strategies aimed at launching Specialty care products across various international markets and partner regions, in alignment with corporate goals.
• Collaborate to obtain pricing, reimbursement, and formulary inclusion for both new and existing products.
• Aid in the development of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) evidence, real-world data (RWD), and global/local value dossiers.
• Establish and maintain compliant relationships with external stakeholders to enhance access.
• Work in conjunction with global and local Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and Government Affairs teams to align market access initiatives.
• Keep track of policy developments and trends in international and partner regions; proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous market access projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, effective risk management, and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on access performance, milestones, and competitive intelligence within assigned regions.
• An advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, economics, or a related field (PhD, MSc, MBA preferred).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in market access and reimbursement in an international context, with a focus on GI, internal medicine, endocrinology, cardiovascular, and rare disease market access.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing international launches, including the development of access strategies in collaboration with payers and policymakers for both niche and large population markets.
• Proven effectiveness in working within matrixed, multicultural teams across diverse regions.
• Solid understanding of international healthcare systems, HTA processes, and the environments of both public and private payers.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
