📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers and applied research scientists in developing systems that enhance ad performance through effective bidding, pacing, and targeting.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, craft career development plans, and encourage professional growth.

• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration, inclusion, and engineering excellence within the team.

• Establish strategic partnerships with data science, infrastructure, and other technical teams.

• Define the long-term technical vision for auto-bidding, budget pacing, and user targeting strategies.

• Identify and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance product features.

• Manage the technical components of key projects while proactively addressing potential risks.

• Supervise project delivery and implement processes that enhance delivery speed, quality, and operational stability.

• Convert complex algorithms into effective solutions and prioritize the product backlog accordingly.

• Collaborate with product managers to ensure engineering efforts are aligned with market demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Control Systems, Computational Economics, or a comparable quantitative discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in software development.

• More than 2 years of experience in software engineering management.

• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, real-time bidding, budget pacing, and user targeting solutions.

• A proven history of technical leadership in software product development.

• Demonstrated success in implementing innovative technical solutions that contributed to business success.

• Knowledge of data science, optimization, and machine learning techniques.

• PhD in a relevant quantitative field is preferred.

• Over 4 years of experience in software engineering management is preferred.

• Experience in developing machine learning models and solutions is preferred.
